Basic Information.Such as your name, gender, date of birth, phone number, and email address,etc.

User-Uploaded Content.Such as profile pictures and chat messages you submit via the app or service.

Usage Data.Including records of your interactions with the services,etc.

User-Generated Content (UGC).You may provide user content such as comments, text, images while using Audiaro. This content may be recorded and processed during uploading, distribution, in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Payment Data.If you make purchases within Audiaro, you may need to provide payment details, which are sent directly to third-party vendors and not stored by Audiaro. We may, however, retain transaction information such as merchant name, date, and amount.

Third-Party Social Media.If you log in via a social media account, we may access your public profile information, such as from Google, or any linked third-party social account data.

1.2 Data Collected Automatically

Identification Data.Device type, brand and model, serial number, screen resolution, etc.

Region and Language Identification.Used solely to provide localized language support based on your country or region.

Device Information.Including operating system, browser type and version, language settings, etc.

MAC Address.Used solely for fraud prevention and identity verification.

1.3 Data Collected with Your Permission

Photo Album.We may request access to your photo album to upload profile pictures or generate UGC.

Clipboard.Clipboard access helps you quickly copy text content.

Push Notifications.With your permission, we may send service-related notifications. You may opt out at any time.

IP Address & Network Status.We may collect your IPV4 or IPV6 address and detect your network type and connection status. This helps us identify network issues and prevent data loss or latency to maintain smooth service operation.

10.Delete your Account and Data

You may request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account;

Go to Me>Settings > Delete Account;

Confirm your request for permanent deletion.

Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated assets will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or reused. All content you have created, posted, or streamed under your account will also be removed. Please note: a) data shared by others about you such as messages, or posts will not be removed; b) some data may be retained in accordance with our retention policy and legal obligations, such as for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

We may also retain backup copies of certain information for a limited time for business continuity or disaster recovery purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
